What is this data?
UK: since 13 July 2026 the FCA publishes each company'saggregate net short position (ANSP) — the sum of all individual short positions of 0.2% or more of issued share capital — every working day.Australia: ASIC publishes the short positions reported to it daily for every ASX-quoted product, as a percentage of units on issue. Neither dataset names individual short sellers; both are the official measure of how heavily a stock is shorted in that market.
